Welcome to Shop Lowco! By using our website, placing an order, or interacting with our content, you're agreeing to the following terms. We're a small business, so we like to keep things straightforward—but we still need to cover a few bases.

1. Made-to-Order Products
All items are made just for you after you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives with a printing error or damage. See our Return Policy for more info.

2. Processing & Shipping
Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. Once your order leaves our hands (well, our printer’s hands), we’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

3. Payment
All payments must be made at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods through Shopify’s checkout.

4. Errors & Corrections
While we do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date, sometimes typos or pricing errors sneak through. We reserve the right to correct these and to cancel orders if necessary.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including our designs, logos, photos, and text—is the property of Shop Lowco and may not be used or reproduced without our permission. 

6. User Conduct
Be kind, be respectful, and don’t try to use our site for anything shady or illegal. We reserve the right to block access or cancel orders for anyone who violates this policy.

7. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to provide a smooth experience, but we’re not liable for damages beyond the cost of your purchase, including any indirect or consequential damages. Basically, we’re responsible for what we can control.

8. Updates to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time, so check back every now and then. Continued use of our site means you’re on board with the latest version.
