Shipping Policy

At Shop Lowco, every item is made to order, which means we don’t keep inventory on-hand. Once you place an order, it goes straight into production just for you!

Processing Time
Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be printed and prepped for shipment. We’ll email you with tracking info as soon as your order is on its way!

Shipping Times
Shipping speed depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship. Please note: delivery times may vary, especially during holidays or unexpected delays with carriers (we’re lookin’ at you, USPS).

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. You’ll see the total before you finalize your order.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to the U.S. (including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses). International shipping isn’t available just yet—but hang tight, we hope to expand soon!

Lost or Stuck Packages
If your package seems to be missing in action, please check your tracking info first. If it’s been over 10 business days with no movement, reach out to us—we’re happy to help track it down or file a claim if needed.

Wrong Address?
Double-check those shipping details before you place your order! We can’t be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
